The opportunity

Younited had already proven its value — with clients like Samsung, PwC, and the Dutch government on board, and a platform serving thousands of freelancers daily. The next step: accelerate growth by reaching the right decision-makers at scale, with a sharper ICP and an outbound engine built for the intermediary and opdrachtgever market.

What we did

We started with clarity, not tactics. Together with the Younited team, we ran an ICP workshop and sharpened the messaging from the ground up. From there, we built and ran a full outbound campaign targeting intermediaries and opdrachtgevers — supported by a thought leadership strategy on LinkedIn to build credibility alongside the direct outreach.

On the tooling side, we set up and optimized HubSpot as the commercial backbone, built dashboards to track pipeline performance in real time, and reviewed and sharpened their content to make sure every touchpoint landed with the right message.Two rounds of data enrichment, a website review, a repeatable marketing flow, ecosystem mapping, a full 2026 strategy session — and bi-weekly syncs to keep marketing and sales locked in throughout.
