A plan that holds up.

EV Company is the one-stop shop for charging solutions. For 2027 there's an ambitious plan. The challenge: put that plan to the test and make it strong enough to convince the shareholder. Enter Skigh.

Facts first

We started with research: in the market, in conversations with the team and in their own funnel and financial data. Where does revenue come from, and is the strategy steering on that? That gave the plan a solid base.

Inside the commercial engine

Next, the commercial engine. We walked the full route from lead to contract and worked out what a new customer really costs. Does the budget match the ambition, and is there enough capacity for the growth? That's where the biggest opportunities were.

Stress-testing the forecast

Together with the team, we tested every growth assumption against the data. Strong points got extra backing, the rest we sharpened. Then we built new forecasts, a base case and a best case, and challenged those too. Now EV Company knows what's solid and what it takes to go further.

One story for the shareholder

The plan stayed with EV Company. We brought the ammunition and the structure: reporting with a clear line and a presentation that shows the shareholder what was built and what needs deciding.
‍

"We had a plan, but Skigh gave it a backbone. Without their sharp questions and input, we wouldn't be where we are now."

Sander
CCO, EV Company

The result?

A plan that holds when people dig in. The assumptions are tested, the risks are in view and there's an approach to handle them. The shareholder knows what they're saying yes to.

What's next?

A strong plan is step one. Now we make everything measurable and keep a finger on the pulse of the forecast together. So EV Company can correct course in time and hit its 2027 targets.

With Skigh, you get sharpness. And control.
